Today I checked on my Swiss chard and these beauties were ready for harvest.

Fresh from my garden I made a salad using the Swiss chard I harvested today with some mini cucumbers, red onions and radishes (also from my garden) with a olive oil based salad dressing. Im so excited to see all my vegetables grow abundantly.
